I earned my master’s degree in Couples and Family Therapy from the University of Oregon and my bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of San Diego. Before becoming a therapist, I spent several years as an outdoor instructor in Southern California, teaching backpacking, kayaking, surfing, rock climbing, and other outdoor skills. I have had the privilege of owning horses since 2011 and I am passionate about being able to utilize my experiences and skills to offer clients unique and transformative experiences. Some of my hobbies include horseback riding, hiking, kayaking, paddle boarding, camping, gardening and caring for my many pets.
